Re: Last person to post wins. . . . .
[warning: incoming boomer hate rant] I blame boomers for everything. They had all the opportunity and most of them effed it up royally or pissed it all away. Sorry not sorry. If they don't like Millenials and Gen Z, they should ask "well, who raised them?" Answer is: Boomers (well, Gen Z a...

Merle,
I think you're expecting a bit much from people who are utilizing telesexwork services. It's like, they forgot the internet exists. I don't expect social niceties from such folk.

Why are they using Kickstarter, then? Isn't that kind of not the point of Kickstarter?
If they're going to print anyway, I wouldn't bother backing.

Why couldn't you just have asked, "hey, can I say hi to your dog?" or "What a cute doggie, can I pet him/her?" Just pretend you have autism and ignore the fact that he looks creepy. Or, do what I do, mad dog people until they hand me whatever it is I want from them: keys, wallet,...
Re: Alcohol
I drink craft beer. I like most all alcohol, but mostly limit myself to beer because I can have a full glass of beer and still be drinking in moderation. Luckily for me I live in one of the best places in the world for beer, so I can drink a different world class microbrew every day. Hess, Modern T...

Re: Comics and Superhero movies
There were some like jump-react/scare moments, some of them were for comedic effect and the others were suspense/dramatic. It's not the suspense part that's the problem I think for little children, I think it is the gore, tbh. Real gore is hard to handle as an adult-- assuming you're not maladjusted...

Re: Comics and Superhero movies
So, I went to see Shazam! this weekend. Overall, I liked it better than Aquaman, it also had some really emotional moments. I genuinely felt better after I left the theatre than before I went in. Only a few movies deliver that kind of feel good. My one thing is that I am not sure if I had young chil...

Ah okay, so it does have to be a made-up word in order to trademark.
For some reason I was thinking that Lucas got the word Jedi from Hebrew or something.

Re: Jedi of the Old Republic - Live KS
sinjin and magistrate probably have a more nuanced opinion, but you can't copyright a single world like "Jedi" and "Old Republic" is a common term. Now, if the deck was called Knights of the Old Republic, you might have Bioware and Disney dogpiling you. Also, I think EA and Disne...

Are you Mormon? Do you have like 12 kids and three wives? How do you end up spending $250 on movie tickets?
Buying one for everyone in the office?
Do these tickets come with some kind of crazy bottle service and a lapdance?

Is that supposed to be Joe Biden or Mike Pence? I can't tell. Either way, I don't know what PETA is saying with that image. Other animals eat other animals and other animals' byproducts. So, you can't really rationally/scientifically make the argument that just because an animal produces it for use ...

I live in Southern California. About as far south as you can get without being in actual Mexico. I seem to get my GW shipments around the same time/day as Brad, almost without fail. But, I have a feeling that has to do with Texas actually being quite large, so even though we're in different states, ...

Two more bricks? Let me pass you my backer king crown. Nah, $90/brick is a little bit different than ordering a brick of Arabesques at $80/deck. You get to keep the crown. These are amazingly colorful decks and I really like displaying the brick boxes on my shelf. I am really kicking myself f...

I just got an email from backerkit that pre-orders are still available. It might be a good idea to shut that down.
I'm tempted to try ordering two more mixed bricks.

+1With these colors and theme, maybe backs drawn to look like blueprints in a visual pattern evocative of the Rider back design, since the rest of the card is an obvious homage to Bikes?

I like all three decks, it's hard to choose, although I really like the borderless design.
Just out of curiosity, I just searched to see if any retailers had them, but I see the backerkit site is still up, if I place an order through backer kit will it still be fulfilled?

I am familiar with the San Diego *cough* traitorous Los Angeles *cough* Chargers. They're also the reason I don't watch football, they dashed my young naive hopes. I was but a vulnerable 10 year old boy with dreams of championship rings. And then we had to lose to SAN FRANCISCO?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?...

The front is metallic inks, but the dragon balls on the back are foiled.

That's good start, but I would make the design denser. Also, what about the medallion in the middle? What do the cherubs have to do with blue collar work?

I got my three decks in the mail via EMS yesterday, the tuck is actually nicely foiled and metallic inked. This is definitely a premium deck. I'll take a picture under lighting when I get home.
