Limme see if I can upload it here. Not saying it's solid proof of anything. I'm not a graphic design expert and am not too familiar with what AI is capabale of. Some updates about the project 1. Starting January 25th, our fulfillment center in China will be closed for one week due to Chinese New Year holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed but they will be shipped on February 3rd. You can still place your orders and enjoy at least a 15% d...

Re: Treasury: Gold Standard, Yellow / Kin-dza-dza! by @oldproof [Vitaly Sinkevich]

I will be interested in purchasing if you do go this route. Is there any possibility of getting more of this artist's previous decks? Along the same lines, Mila Losenko has some earlier playing card decks that I would love to obtain, but I can't figure out how to get them. Since you have collaborat...

Re: Treasury: Gold Standard, Yellow / Kin-dza-dza! by @oldproof [Vitaly Sinkevich]

Does this mean you will be moving away from playing cards and focusing on tarot? I know tarot is a huge industry and way bigger than cards. Just curious. No, it will always remain the same as before—the hobby! I plan to produce a couple of poker decks this year - reprint a few decks (by the way, th...

The new deck in question from instagram: FWIW this is clearly based on the standard Russian pattern, known as Atlas . I wasn't aware of this artist until the thread got bumped up, and now I'm craving some of the earlier decks. Yes, this deck has likely been printed in millions of copies by now. How...

I initially planned to bring a couple of bricks or more but decided against it. First of all, I absolutely love this deck and will definitely keep it in my personal collection! However, from a business perspective, I’ve decided not to offer it for now until I figure out how to do so without impactin...

Re: Is it time to stop selling to the EU? (GPSR regulation)

No issues with delivery or customs for EU parcels so far. Most have been delivered (80%) , and nearly all have cleared customs by now. I only sent parcels to Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Finland, Latvia, and the Czech Republic. I’m still shipping to the EU on a daily basis. My p...

Re: Is it time to stop selling to the EU? (GPSR regulation)

We’ve had one parcel delivered in France (6 days transit time from China). Most EU parcels are now at their destination airports—let’s see how things progress. Off-topic: I was impressed by another fact - 11 out of 15 deliveries were to the US, with transit times of just 5–6 days, all handled by non...

Re: Is it time to stop selling to the EU? (GPSR regulation)

I will admit I haven't looked too deeply into this issue - just a surface skimming. From what I understand, this would mean farewell to small creators, no? Unless this designated Responsible Person could be the same as a fulfillment partner in the EU (ex. Jocu). Would tuckboxes need to have special...

Is it time to stop selling to the EU? (GPSR regulation)

Why? Really? It is much easier to stop selling to the EU. https://www.compliancegate.com/general-product-safety-regulation/ https://go.amazonsellerservices.com/gpsr20241-en To comply with the regulation, you’ll be required to do the following by that date: • Ensure all the products you sell in the E...

Re: Legendarium: Tarot and Playing cards (KS)

Guess it’d be decision time later to decide to go for another copy of Legendarium with the alt Wheel of Fortune or go for the Mini one, or nada The Pocket version is super fun! It's almost poker-sized, and with 78 cards for just $15 pre-ordered, it's a good price. Backers of the last Kickstarter pr...

Re: Portfolio52 Website Unavailable / Down

Seems pretty extreme for the cost - should be able to run for a fraction of that on AWS Agree! I use DigitalOcean for my personal server, and I believe the cost for a self-hosted VPS with a commercial control panel would likely be in the $40–80 range for a relatively busy site. For $160 you can get...

I don't know if stealing all the content off a site you don't own and making a new site with that content is a gray area or just copyright infringement, but I still maintain people should be saving their stuff before the site goes down. I guess it's not copyright infringement if Alex isn't around t...

Re: The Clouds of Destiny Tarot by Mila Losenko & Montenzi [LIVE on KS]

I had hoped the mini Legendarium would be an add-on. I am waffling, because once again there are major departures from the traditional Major Arcana names. They will be available! The reason I’m not adding Legendarium decks now (even though it’s the easiest way to boost funding) is that they will de...

I’m not up for a debate and couldn’t care less if Kingstar survives or goes under. I don’t want to disclose everything; this is just my personal opinion , as I can’t know every detail. However, here’s a personal message for designers: avoid them at all costs, now and in the future. The way everythin...

When I was talking about bundles, I was meaning what brownsl was referring to ie your bundle of a standard and a mini. Looking back at the posts now, I see you list a standard deck as 450g, that is pretty heavy when you consider a standard poker deck is only about 100g (Isn't it? I am holidaying so...

Re: Legendarium: Tarot and Playing cards (KS)

2 bundles is pretty much the equivalent of 3 full size decks. Getting 3 decks sent to Australia from the US for $22 is no longer a given anymore so I consider $22 for NZ to the US, pretty good. I did not participate in the recent X-Decks sale as A 1 deck order was $20us postage 2 decks jumped to $3...

$22 for shipping for 2 of the bundles has given me pause. That's fine, I understand. In short – if you already have the KS deck, you don’t need this. However, feel free to order the Pocket edition, as the shipping cost will be the same (shipping from China vs. from USA). You don’t even need the gui...
