which card company for KS is best?

Looking for pricing on my card campaign...I know there's MPC for a quick turnaround but the quality isnt as good. There's Expert, Legends and United, I assume all are minimum 1,000 to print??...but from your experience, which is the cheapest to print? excluding and including fulfillment. And I know ...
