Re: [ecNate] My transformation/macabre focused collection
Well we are moving to a smaller house so I have all my framed uncuts sitting in the same spot, figured it was a good time for a video of all of them. I won't have the same amount of display space at the new place, at least not right away. Considering rotating them in/out or moving some to office. Mo...

Re: collection download
I created a Google Sheets script to take the pasted list of collection from P52 and format it. I can share it if you want, but it might need some tweaking. I will give it a try on your collection as another test, but worked ok with mine.

Re: Interview with Alex Chin about Portfolio52
As an admin of the site for many years, although not as active now, I wanted to add some more history. While everything stated is true, Alex did create Portfolio52 site from the ground up, there was an earlier "beta" and grassroots site as well. Back in summer of 2013, Rhu on the forums he...

Re: [ecNate] My transformation/macabre focused collection
I have been away from cards and the forum since spring, due to work travel. However, glad to see a few nice decks I am interested in and I was able to get 3 more uncuts framed today. That brings it to 13 framed uncuts, plus and older matted USPCC Jokers uncut which got put in storage and re-used the...

Awesome. What are your top three transformation decks? I have a few and would love some suggestions. I have the Royal mischief of course. And the Murphy’s varnish and the philibert reprint of memories de Casanova. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro I have original Vanity Fair and for being my o...

Re: Finding Specific Items Using Search- No Luck
FYI - "Uncut" the best way to search for uncut sheets since originally that was the naming convention. Also, the search field uses OR operator so best to use a single word and then scroll. It would appear nobody has added any uncut monarch yet. https://www.portfolio52.com/search?search_str...

Re: Wrongly deleted decks
Did you have a link to the deck that was removed? Most users don't have access to delete decks directly, just mark them as duplicate for deletion (search "duplicate" or "delete"). I know I haven't done a purge in a VERY long time, but always give people plenty of time to correct ...

Re: Soundboards Red vs Professional Bicycle
I'm wondering if maybe the links you got were bad somehow? I see both of these still in there, but your links are missing "view". Both are still there, but agree with you that the process should be people must compare images and read descriptions. NOTE - nobody should be deleting decks eit...

If you don't have ability to edit existing decks, send me a PM and I can upgrade you.
As for the update and not seeing the update, you can do a hard refresh (Shift+F5 or Ctrl+F5 depending on browser) to see the change right away.

Re: Help needed to review new deck submissions
An unapproved deck should mean it's still in that person's collection (I think), but isn't available to others. For a popular deck I hope and assume somebody will post a better one and then "approve" and mark the other as a duplicate. The only other option right now is to fully reject and ...

Re: Royal Mischief Transformation deck
Why this is $3 cheaper?? https://www.usgamesinc.com/royal-mischief-transformation-playing-cards.html Typical, as artist direct is usually a little more. However, it's really a better deal to support the artist and get more for same/less if you use the discount code and consider the extra cards from...

With the help of a Portfolio 52 user we were able to confirm one situation this bug appears - When a general user or Contributor attempts to create a deck and selects deck image(s) over 2mb this should result in an error. However, it currently allows Admin accounts to still upload and for general us...

Re: A small question about a specific deck entry
Add both decks, but use a method in the name to differentiate them. For example v1 vs v2 or King tuck vs Jack tuck or just use 'alternate tuck'. There are many decks on the site that are the same, but just have different tucks and even some that the only difference is the seal.

Re: The Values of Open Decks
For a more common deck you may be able to look at sold entries search on ebay and see what the going rate is. Generally I would price open decks at 50% of an unopened one, more if that deck is really hard to find at all and less if it's easy to find. At a certain point however open decks have too li...

Re: How do you see who has the decks?
If we open it up more for view, it would be nice if we had an option to keep either our whole collection or parts of our collection private or accessible by permission only. For me though it doesn't matter, but others I know don't want everyone to see what decks they have or at least certain decks....

Re: Is a deck with standard courts appealing?
No, absolutely not.
Variations of a standard court (Kings Wild, Seasons) or historical ones yes. It would take an amazing cover, back and extra cards WITH a great price to make it an exception.
Either way, looking forward to what you come up with. Great luck too! Love your videos.

Re: Logged Out When Adding New Deck?
Yeah, this. Or something similar is probably the issue here. Do a screen cap of whatever is failing and provide a filename and attach the image of images if you get the error again and suggestion by flyers isn't it. Are you putting anything in for Production Run? If non-numeric, it will cause an err...

Re: A small bug on my wishlist, can't remove a deck.
I think I recall a similar problem in the past. I noticed the deck had missing required fields since being added so I updated them. I then was able to remove from my wishlist fine. I did add it back though since I did still want it on mine. Please try again and see what happens. If still an issue ju...

I just went in with my test account (general user) and was able to create a new deck for approval. It was created ok and with my other account I was able to see it. Maybe this has been addressed elsewhere, but I want to ask. How does one become a contributor. You all are so very punny... Seriously though, what we need is this one to come back and be a reality.
