Another suggestion for CL campaign guidelines: if a designer is going to claim that the deck is limited, a full definition of what he means should be required...limited to a specific number, limited to only one production run, limited to this campaign's demand, etc.

If I'm seeing the outer packaging for these Deckstarter decks correctly, it takes up about twice the space of a normal deck. Don't know about other collectors, but my deck storage space is limited, and I certainly won't be making room for this fat package design.

The mat is 2" wide, so the finished dimensions of the framed sheet are 25" x 29.25". The price was the best I found for a simple metal frame...bought lots of stuff from this company over the past several years and have never had a problem.

I think this "force" deck idea that Jackson is using is a tremendously thoughtful way to get rid of surplus left over decks without diluting/depreciating the value of decks that sold earlier. Deck designers...be good to your backers and don't wholesale your surplus KS stuff.

This has got to be the coolest thing added to my deck collection so far. Ace of Spades and Hearts Federal 52 force decks. And a little surprise from Jackson (thanks!)...there are 56 cards in each deck.

Keeping the limited deck at a relatively small number (1,000) and, making it available exclusively to KS backers is the way I'd like to see all deck campaigns go...no aftermarket wholesaling of whatever's left. Well done, Michael!
