i backed out 3 days ago...sorry but 3 decks and now a 4th deck comming.... seriously i was worried how he will handle all those pledges and then he added a deck and another deck. some people ( i will not point my finger to anyone,but you know who you are) are not even able to pull of a 1 deck kicks...

What I am worried about as well is that he ran some limited period promotion where you can add decks or dice onto your pledge for a lower price during the 2 days promotion. But how can he track who add what during which time? Should I pull out? To be honest, I'm pledging just for the 10-Doh! figure...

It sounds to me like this deck should just be printed and not funded on Kickstarter at all. Print in lower quantities, charge whatever you want, and bank your project on the belief that you've created something worth buying. You already know how you're doing it, you just need to do it -- without Kic...

I really want to love this company, but their history of releasing sub-par deck designs at premium pricing (not to mention insane shipping costs for those of us who don't buy bricks at a time) really make it not worth my time and effort. I just don't get their pricing scheme.

The subject could be compelling, but the artwork isn't. If the creator isn't hitting the card sites to support the deck, I would be very nervous about all the work necessary to ship them out. I got this deck in the mail today. The cards are definitely printed on Linen USPCC cards. Nice smooth finish, slides easily. Printing is as you would expect -- nothing special to report. I wish these were a bit more than just custom one-sided backs. So much potential wasted.

Evan Roth is a pretty great contemporary artist. And since these are printed by USPCC and also limited to 500, I bought myself 2. A good one to add to the collection -- and in my opinion, better looking than most decks coming out lately. Nostalgia doesn't come cheap!
