Re: Van Gogh & Kuniyoshi by 52 Musee

I'm in for all 4 decks, but not the collector sets. I don't need more boxes or the gilding. Same! Was initially thinking of getting both box sets but buying an early bird of one then just adding on ended up being less expensive. Still spendy at around $21 per deck once shipping is included, but I d...

Re: [ISO] Art of Play Harmony Collection Space deck

I have one of these. Actually, I have one of the entire set, so I'd be breaking up the set. But, for you? Happy to do so. I'll need to find out what the likely market value is, or DM me an offer and if I like it, I won't even bother to look it up. :-D You are a dear! This is such a generous offer! ...

Re: State Of The Playing Card Market?

I decided I wanted a representative deck for all the "major players/companies". (For Bicycle, I just chose decks purely for personal aesthetic). Then I narrowed it down even more and collected for unique pips and court cards. I went on a brief transformation playing card bender as well as...

Re: State Of The Playing Card Market?

Here's a response from a relatively newbie (been collecting for maybe almost a year?). I came into this arena via tarot decks. That space was getting too fraught with AI. Also, the indie prices were exorbitant, only for some mass market company to buy them out and sell them for half the price I paid...

Re: Coddies Fish Playing Cards

I scooped this up and, after reading the comments, I realize I'm a true sucker for custom pips and not really bothered by backs (unless they're supremely distracting/hideous). I didn't even really notice the writing on the backs but now that y'all mention it, I guess I don't mind it because the font...

Re: Lotrek inquiry

Those are heavily marked up on eBay for being players decks. Sand was 35€ and Teal was 40€. I wouldn't pay those eBay prices personally. Would there be any other place I could look for them? I'm not sure. They could pop up on auction https://socalplayingcards.com/products/silk-players-sand-teal-auc...

Lotrek inquiry

So say I have some discretionary funds to finally pull the trigger for on my dream deck - Silk - and there are two options on eBay. Do I buy the sand edition from Greece or the teal and sand editions from the US? I’m in California, btw. Thoughts?

Re: The Trial of the Blackbeard by Anti-Faro

Oh, dear! I only skimmed so apologies if I misconstrued, but it seems I have to go all in on a Plunderer pledge if I wanted to play the game? I did go for an EB Plunderer for the early bird pricing, but since I'm only a casual collector, I might end up changing my pledge to just nab a single standar...

So after two months of dealing with Zen Market wherein I ordered a copy for $18 but was told it was sold out then I ordered from another seller for $26 and waited two weeks before I was told the seller sent the wrong deck so I waited another two weeks for the proper deck to be sent but then was told...

I received my Space Suits decks today! I only pledged the simple 2-deck set. Surprised there isn't more delivery notices here, let alone shipping notices from last week. And, what's the verdict? Did you open them? Are they as tasty as the previous Meadowlarks? (I didn't back this particular project...

Will these be sold on their website or elsewhere? Seems all their older decks are sold out and I've had a doozy of a time tracking down and collecting their previous offerings. Hope I get in on this one in time.

Kings Wild Equinox and Solstice decks inquiry

Hullo, collective! Another request for clarification and advice, please. TL;DR - Did the Equinox I deck ever come in a standard edition?
