Probably not, Pocket Aces decks are usually only available on their own website (https://www.pocketaces.co/) and for more than the Kickstarter price

Looks amazing, this is right up my alley. I'm in for all three, and getting a couple blue Imported decks while I'm at it. I’m not sure I 100% understand it either, but I don’t think so. I think it’s just saying they’ll collect and pay the VAT on your behalf, which is why the UK shipping is more expensive than other countries.

Worth pointing out (since it wasn't mentioned in the Kickstarter page) that AI was used for Psychedelia and appears to have been used for this one too (Reddit discussion: Psychedelia, Underdogs). I wish people didn't try to hide AI use
