Re: Lord of Rings - By Kings Wild Project
The foil on Beowulf and Sherlock decks were dark because the foil were printed over to give them color. That JoS looks like it has bare gold foil so it should be nice and shiny.

Re: Iron Man Mark 85 by Card Mafia
+1 for MCU over DC. ‘Nuff said. Try to watch Wonder Woman 1984 if you disagree. Of course I’m going to buy this deck for all the reasons already mentioned. I do feel bad about encouraging lazy card design covered up with extravagant packaging. But how can I miss out on a light-up Iron Man deck? I’m ...

Re: Tigers by Kings Wild Project
I got my two decks yesterday. I double checked and my order was placed at 12:01, but I still wasn’t fast enough to score signed decks. They still look nicer than the first edition though so I’m happy with the order.

checked out backer kit since its closing according to the site theres 753 treasured editions left from 1000 540 dynastinae from the 777 so many "limited editions" still unaccounted for I see where you got those numbers from Backerkit, but they just don’t jibe with the pledge numbers in Ki...

Re: [KWP Shorts Jan. 2021] Sherlock Holmes
I believe this version is supposed to be foiled so it’ll be shiny even if it recycles the same art. I imagine it’ll be like how last year’s Arthurian was basically the same as the original but with foil.

Re: The Successor by TGW/Kevin Cantrell
I like this deck at least as much as the Standards deck. The artwork shown so far is nice, but I think the Jacks all have highly punchable faces. Maybe that’s just me. I’m definitely in for at least the Dynastinae edition. I don’t know if I’m willing to buy a brick just to get the Lotrek printed edi...

Re: The Successor by TGW/Kevin Cantrell
i hope it would be a 2 max 3 color ways campaign. I bet it will be a minimum of four versions. Two standard, one black edition with foil and of course the Dynastinae edition. I doubt it’ll come in seven versions like the Tempest, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they have one super limited edition at...

Ah yeah that deck, I actually saw it live for only one hour. I don’t get that, because I really doubt about it :/ Judging from the picture, Jackson claims thats the back design Why would you doubt it? It's being sold on his site. He isn't going to sell a fake product. Not implying he sells a fake p...

Re: Beowulf - KWP Shorts
My Beowulf decks were sent out today, which means I’ll get them some time between Friday and February. I really like what I see so far. As long as Jackson can maintain this level of quality for his literary series, 2021 should be a stellar year for KWP fans.

I got my deck like 4-5 days ago. When shuffling, the cards have a smell to them. The holo is ok, not too much. For he December Shorts deck, is it the Deck The Halls 2020 (though it's already available to everyone)? December short is supposed to be Beowulf. I got my standard Soltice a couple weeks a...

Re: "CHARMERS" playing cards by Lotrek and Kellar O' Neil
One thing I like about the purple/green gilded set is that they’re not sealed; the tucks ship without cello and in a carat ds1 sleeve. So you can enjoy the cards and still call them in “new” condition, like a lot of Lotrek’s decks. I never received any “letterpress card” with my package, though, I’m...

Re: 20/20 Playing Cards by Kings Wild Project (Jan. Shorts Deck)
Maybe because the Wylenti deck was under $10 (if I recall correctly), too? 🤷🏿♀️ Right, the Wylenti edition came out at $9, then like a week later this deck drops at $7. Which is more than enough time for Jackson to have secured a supply of the stickers used on the tuck (or at least prototypes for ...

Re: "CHARMERS" playing cards by Lotrek and Kellar O' Neil
I wonder how many gilded charmers there are I calculate at least 302. There’s 100 each of the green and purple. As for the red, the KS campaign shows there were 72 single brick + 10 early brick + 10 double brick backers. But brick buyers had the option to buy extra bricks as add-ons, which I’m not ...

Re: "CHARMERS" playing cards by Lotrek and Kellar O' Neil
Wow that means the rarest decks in the series weren’t even available to the KS backers. Not a good look IMO. I’d be upset if I was a backer. As a non-backer, I’m delighted and purchased a second gilded pair.

Re: "CHARMERS" playing cards by Lotrek and Kellar O' Neil
I am not aware that the green or the purple decks came with a gilded option. Am I mistaken on that? I don't recall them for sale during Kickstarter. I think you’re right. I don’t see green or purple gilded available on the KS campaign. Maybe it’s exclusive to Kellar’s site? It looks like there’s 10...

Re: 20/20 Playing Cards by Kings Wild Project (Jan. Shorts Deck)
It’s just white tuckbox with a sticker statement: “2020 sucks” I am sure it could be better if the tuckbox retain the std design, with a graffiti-esch saying worst year (its just my idea) That actually sounds like that would look cool. Then Jackson would have to have priced them higher than $7 and ...

Re: "CHARMERS" playing cards by Lotrek and Kellar O' Neil
I bought a pair of green and purple gilded decks from Kellar’s site, arrived earlier this week. I’m really liking my first gilded Lotrek decks, but it’s kinda s—tty that just anybody can order the decks and receive them before the KS backers get them. O well. Hope you guys enjoy the red gilded and s...

Re: UNCUT SHEETS
You’re looking for uncut sheets of decks with 56 cards. These are typically printed in portrait with cards arranged in an 8 by 7 array. Uncut sheets of 54 cards are typically printed in landscape in a 9 by 6 array. My personal favorite sheet is the Keymaster Tarot, but that’s huge; at about 30” by 4...

I just got the 20/20 Signature to go with my standard/limited/gilded/prototype set. I thought my 20/20 collection was complete and now this had to come out. I was at work when the KWP email went out. I took a quick look at the page, saw that there were 300 of these suckers and got back to work, thin...

That’s disappointing, especially with his Cartomancer and Keymaster decks newly available. I’m definitely still picking up a few. Thanks for letting me know.
