Re: [Circle & Star] My Luxury playing card display
Without doing the whole line so it's fun for folks. J&T Street, Arcanum white, Hypnotik, StUmPeD and One P. Ed. I don't think I have this deck in particular and may not have handled it at all. It could be that I'm just as dumb as I think I am and brain farting all over the place. I honest...

Re: [Circle & Star] My Luxury playing card display

I'm Actually taking orders to craft by hand some more and sell them to passionate collectors who want to step up their coll...

Re: [BUY] [TRADE] DKNG Black Wheel Playing Cards
There were only 5000 made and it is limited.
I think we will need to pay more than 20 buck for those in the near future.

Re: *OFFICIAL* 2019 'Deck of the Year' Awards
OMG, I totally disconnected from internet for the last month. I'm so sorry for this.
I hope I can still choose something.
If so, my choice is
[✔] Art of Play (Dan & Dave Buck)
1 x Mixed Half-Brick of AoP decks

Re: INVASION - Blood Edition Playing Cards live on KS
It appears to me that the left image is more of a prototype. You can see the seal is lifted up and cut or tore open. If it's a render, that's some pretty stellar attention to detail. I can see how the difference in the 2 pictures could be a bit disappointing to someone. Sent from my S10+ using Tapa...

Re: INVASION - Blood red edition - a disapointment for me
The left image is 3D. It's hard to render and showcase all shapes. That's why they overdone that image. IMHO. The right image (reality) is better. Deep embossing is not always possible, as it's harder to produce without scratches. I'm good with "not exactly identical with the picture" I'd...

Re: INVASION - Blood red edition - a disapointment for me
This is why I collect playing cards, not tuck boxes. If my deck comes with a pretty tuck, that's a bonus, but I don't spend long periods of time gazing at a tuck box. I understand, I find you kind of lucky not to care about the tuck case, I personnaly thing it is part of the experience, I really en...

INVASION - Blood red edition - a disapointment for me
On the left of attached picture, expectations, on the right, reality. I don't know if my expectations was unrealistics, but the embossing on the pictures of the KS campaing is what sold this deck to me. To say the least, I am disappointed. Is it Rattle shuttle who did not delivered or is it MPC ? Wo...

Re: We are in the golden age.
I've looked at the definition of "Golden age" just to be sure we were not talking through our hat and it says: "the period when a specified art, skill, or activity is at its peak". We are good, It means exactly what I thought. I may stretch a little bit, but I think it is possibl...

Re: We are in the golden age.
Welcome to UC. We're definitely not in the Golden Age of Playing Cards. That time has passed. Too much drek being "designed" and funded. It reminds me of comic books in the 1990's (which caused a market crash). I like this point of view, it's interesting... and may be true... It's true th...
